Opportunity International was one of the first non-profit organizations, 50 years ago, to recognize small-scale entrepreneurs as big change agents in overcoming global poverty.

In 2021, through the power of compassion and social capital from generous supporters, 2.1 million hurting people left the devastating burden of poverty behind. Our sustainable, scalable, multi-faceted approach to poverty alleviation drives big impact and lasting change by unlocking opportunities including access to financial services, training and mentoring, life-saving healthcare, quality education, and innovative technology.

In the last 19 years, this golf tournament has raised over $3 million thanks to the sponsorships of local businesses and donations from generous participants. This tournament is one of our key annual fundraising events.
