Logan Hunter, from St. Albert, Alberta, was a member of the Humboldt Broncos. Logan made an impact on people every where he went. From training in the offseason to being a teammate on and off the ice, Logan was a light.

Although his dedication to hockey training was strong, Logan loved to spend what extra time he had golfing. We thought there is no better way to honor and remember him than to join him on the links with friends and family.

July 13 2022 we were able to host the second Logan Hunter Memorial Golf Tournament at The Quarry. With an astounding turn out, we were able to raise #23,000 for The Logan Hunter Memorial Fund. This money was raised through registrations, sponsors, silent auction items and donations.

Since the 2022 tournament, The Logan Hunter Memorial Fund selected the young recipient to attend off-season training with Seven Hockey. In line with Logan’s values, donations were also made to Saving Grace Animal Society, Jessie’s House (women’s shelter), The Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital and the Indigenous Sports Council of Alberta directing funds towards the Hockey Assist Program and Team Alberta for the 2023 National Indigenous Hockey Championships.

Once again thank you for the ongoing support, without it, this event would not be possible.
