You’re invited! We are excited to announce the Second Annual Barbara Snowdon Golf Classic which will be held at The Links at Brunello golf course in Timberlea, Nova Scotia on Saturday October 14, 2023.

This event is being held to honor Barbara Snowdon, who with her mother, Marion, were long term Meals on Wheels supporters. This incredible mother and daughter team were passionate about volunteering for this organization. Marion was a volunteer at Meals on Wheels in Calgary for thirty-six years.

The goal of this tournament is twofold. One to honor these two incredible women and second raise awareness and support for Halifax Meals on Wheels. Halifax Meals on Wheels have been providing nutritious meals to people in the community, who are unable to prepare meals for themselves, since 1969.

Registration at 11:00AM

Shot-gun start at 12:00PM

Best ball format, putting contest, closest to the pin, longest drive, $25,000 hole in one, 50/50 draw and a few other surprises. Lots of prizes to be won!

Awards dinner starts at 5:30PM. There will be live and silent auctions will follow a fun day on the links.

Registration fees includes golf, cart , lunch and awards dinner.

Players who register as non-corporate individuals or within a non-corporate team will receive a $50.00 tax donation receipt.
