The beauty of golfing in British Columbia is that you can play coastal golf one day and head into the interior the next for a round surrounded by the Canadian Rockies. A number of beautiful golf courses have been built in the B.C. area over the last few years including noted layouts like Tobiano and the Fred Couples layout named The Rise. A number of Canada’s most classical golf course layouts can also be found in B.C., most notably Jasper Park Lodge, Capilano and Chateau Whistler. Some of the most well-known names in golf have been involved in golf courses in B.C., including Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus and The King himself, Arnold Palmer.
